Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (South Africa) We offer the following shipping options across South Africa:
- Standard Shipping — 3–5 business days
- Express Shipping — 1–2 business days (where available)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over a qualifying amount. Please check our store at checkout for the current free shipping threshold.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.
Delays While we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or weather conditions. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at lovebirdcollection16@gmail.com.
Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Nucha Med is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
